Dear MSO Athletes:
We hope this announcement finds you safe and well.
Out of concern for the safety of our athletes, volunteers, and staff; our Board of Directors has voted to cancel the 2020 Montana Senior Olympics. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause those looking forward to this year’s competition. Please note that the Montana Senior Olympics organization and Missoula Parks and Recreation remain ready and dedicated to hold next year’s games. It is our sincere hope that you will consider competing with us next year and into the future.
We will be issuing full refunds to all athletes starting Monday, July 20th. Refunds will be mailed to the addresses listed in our registration records. If you don’t receive your refund check in a timely manner, or you feel the amount is not correct please contact me at email@example.com.
All accounts will be receiving a refund by default. If you would like to donate your registration fees instead, please contact me at the email address mentioned above by Friday July 17th, and we will send a donation form in place of a check. All donations are tax deductible, and very much appreciated.
